Zucchini 500 g
Salt on the tip of a knife
Sugar 150 g
Vegetable oil 80 ml
Wheat flour 250 g
Chicken egg 2 pieces
Cooking instructions 30 minutes
1 Peel the apples and courgettes from the peel, seeds and cores and grate everything on a fine grater.
2 Mix the resulting courgette-apple purée with the egg, flour, sugar, salt and a pinch of soda.
3 Heat the oil in a frying pan and carefully spoon the batter into it, then fry the fritters in the boiling oil until golden brown.
Recipe tip: Serve these pancakes warm, with sweet sauce, jam, honey, sour cream or butter.
