Chicken egg 1 piece
Chicken fillet 4 pieces
Milk 100 ml
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Cooking instructions 30 minutes
1 Stuff the chicken fillets, add all the ingredients, mix together.
2 Place the minced meat on the foil (2 tablespoons per sausage).
3 Roll up into a tube, tamping slightly so that there is no air inside.
4 Tie the ends, seal again.
5 Boil in gently boiling water for 7 minutes.
6 Remove the foil and fry the sausages in butter for colour!
Recipe tip You can experiment with the recipe: add spices, put cream instead of milk, add mustard and fried onions, a little garlic. It will be delicious!
