Ingredients portion 1

Gin 50ml

Lemon juice 25 ml

Sugar syrup 50 ml

Soda water 15 ml

Lemon zest pinch

Cooking instructions 3 minutes

1 Put the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into the shaker with the ice. Shake.

2 Pour over the strainer into a glass with ice cubes. Pour the club soda to the rim. Decorate with a sliver of lemon zest.
