Roman tomatoes 8 pieces

Capers 1.5 teaspoons

Basil leaves 4 pieces

Olive oil 3 teaspoons

Garlic 1 clove

Honey ¼ teaspoon

Balsamic vinegar 3 teaspoons

Cooking instructions 20 minutes

1 Cut the tomatoes into quarters and remove the seeds. Preheat the grill and grill the tomatoes for 1 to 2 minutes on each side until the characteristic streaks form and the tomatoes are soft. Leave to cool at room temperature and transfer to a bowl.

2 Mix the capers, basil, oil, chopped garlic and honey in a small bowl. Season with salt. Pour the dressing over the tomatoes and mix well. Serve the salad at room temperature with crusty bread and grilled meat.
