Tomatoes 3 pieces

Hard cheese 150g

Chicken egg 2 pieces

Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons

Wheat flour 2 tablespoons

Cooking instructions 20 minutes

1 Cut the tomatoes into circles.

2 Make the batter: beat the eggs with the mayonnaise, cheese and flour in a bowl. Salt and pepper. The batter is quite thick.

3 Dip the tomato circles in the batter and place on a hot griddle. Fry on both sides.
