Butter 2 tablespoons

Beef 200g

Lamb 200 g

Onions 1 piece

Beef broth 0.8 l

Carrots 1 piece

Pasternak 1 piece

Wheat flour 2 tablespoons

Parsley 3 stalks

Laurel leaf 3 pieces

Ground chilli ¼ teaspoon

Dried thyme 25 g

Madera ¼ cup

Rice ½ cup

Cooking instructions 2 hours and 15 minutes

1 Cut the meat into small cubes and roll in flour.

2 Melt the butter in a large saucepan over a low heat and fry the meat cubes in it (about 3 minutes).

3 Add the remaining flour to the pan and fry the meat for another 1 minute.

4 Pour the beef stock over the meat, add the chopped vegetables, herbs and spices, stir and simmer for 2 hours under a loose lid.

5 Before serving, add the pre-cooked rice and madera to the soup. Serve with white bread.
