1 Finely chop the herbs and chilli and grate the garlic. Add these and the lemon zest to the cheese and mix well.
2 Slice the zucchini into thin ribbons with a vegetable peeler and lightly marinate them in olive oil, salt and pepper.
3 After fifteen minutes, when the ribbons are soft, do the following with each one: place a teaspoonful of yoghurt cheese at the end (about 1.5 cm from the edge) – and wrap the roll tightly.
Recipe tip Instead of fresh garlic, you can use half a head of roasted garlic.
